Personal Letter
Dear Ashley,
How are you? It’s been a long time since our last talking; I can’t believe you just have broken off your relationship so I want to know it all. Well, I’ve already moved and I share the flat with some friends so it's little cheaper. It’s a good flat, you know, nice neighbors, great view but I think I´m moving again, the problem is my roommates, too much noise, parties every night, I just have studied few. I would like to see you so write me back and set a date then we will talk such as much as we want.
Hugs from Fran.
Narrative strategies
The moment I walked into the house, I knew something was wrong. I usually come home late during the week, and that night wasn’t different. I left the office, arrived to my street then I realized that the lights were out all over the neighborhood, but I didn’t care. So I put the keys on the lock and came in, then I heard a noise coming from the background. I went there and all of sudden a glare came from nowhere and a huge noise terrified me. When I finally could calm down, I realized that it was my neighbor proyecting a film in his backyard, I felt quite upset.
The City of the Beasts
Last week, I got this book which came with the newspaper. The book was written by a writer of whom I’ve listened before, Isabel Allende, so I decided to read it so that I can have my own point of view about their books. The book was called “The city of the Beasts”. It tells the story about a kid and his grandma and their adventures through the Amazonas rainforest.
The kid goes to the Amazonas rainforest with his grandma, who is a reporter from the international geographic, looking for a story that has spread between the nearest villages. There, the kid met a girl who help him, together they solve the mystery about the beasts which frighten people and save the people of the mist.

Intercultural Experience
Well, last holiday I went to the rainforest region from my country to spend sometime getting relaxed, well, it was a mistake.
First, I'm quite used to cold weather, so at the beginning the warmth was ok, but later it turned awful. I was with some cousins, so we decided going for some drinks. In the way, we saw a street festival like a parade and we were just walking around. All of sudden, we found ourselves in the middle of the central act with people offering us to eat a kind of white worms, did I say they still were alive?, well they were. No one told us that we had to eat them but we felt that if we hadn't do that, it would had been offensive. Finally we did it and they tasted better of what we though at first, but I don't think I would it again.
To sum up, my advice is, you must get noticed about what's going on in a parade before you get involved in it because you could regret it later.

Self Introduction
Dear readers,
I'm Daniel and I've got to do these writings to improve my writing level of english.
So, lets begin; I'm 17 and single, and I live in Quito, which is the capital city from a little sudamerican country named Ecuador. I'm living with my parents, but that will change soon perhaps. I'm a student at ESPE University in a kind of special group which specialises in getting a scolarship. I want to go and study in England, so I'm doing my best.
My biggest passion is art, anyway of art, specially music, I love play and listen to music. I think you can print your emotions in every single note that you play and when you share that, you can change the world. I like sports too, and the one that I like the most is called Capoeira, which is a sport where you don't try to challenge someone but you try to create a conection with the one you are playing with.
Well, that's all for now while I try to improve my writing skills.
Friendly,
